Refund policy

At OVRAGE Fragrances, customer satisfaction is our priority. We take great care in packaging and delivering every order. If you experience any issues with your purchase, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • Your order arrived damaged or defective.
  • The product was significantly different from what you ordered.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items damaged due to improper use or mishandling.
  • Products purchased during clearance or final sale promotions (unless defective).

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect:

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be issued through bank transfer or another mutually agreed method.

5. Exchanges

8. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched through our courier partner, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, the standard Return & Refund Policy will apply.
